GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds will be provided for tours that are canceled due to weather conditions or technical problems. The decision to cancel rests solely with the Captain. We will make every effort to reschedule any tours that have been booked.
OMG Boat Trips is not liable for any costs or expenses incurred by individuals due to cancellations or delays in the service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The fee for cancellation made 22 days or more before the activity is 10% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 21 – 8 days before the activity is 35% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 7 – 3 days or less before the activity is 55% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 3 days or less before the activity is 75% of the full price.

PRICING POLICY
All tours must be paid upfront by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Once payment has been captured, you will receive a payment confirmation which is also your ticket for the boat tour.
