Cancel and reschedule
The fee for cancellation made 22 days or more before the activity is 10% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 21 – 8 days before the activity is 35% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 7 – 3 days or less before the activity is 55% of the full price.
The fee for cancellation made 3 days or less before the activity is 75% of the full price.

DRONES
In our daily activities, we cannot allow our guests to fly their drones as it may affect the privacy of other people in the group.
We will accept drones on our private tours, but there are some limitations:
“You can’t fly a drone if we’re in the presence of other people or groups.
– Flying closer than 5 km from an airport is not allowed if you do not have permission from Nuuk Airport.
– You may not operate a drone close to any wildlife unless you have permission from the governor.
– All flights will be approved and monitored by our guide. You must always respect the decisions of our guides.

How to dress for boat trip
The property can be changeable up here.
We therefore recommend that you bring extra clothes.
Please make sure that your bags are packed securely and preferably waterproof.
If the trip includes disembarkation and thus walking, then feel free to wear good hiking boots.
Boat Trips
Our boats have closed wheelhouses that are heated. During the tour, it is also possible to get out on the protected aft deck.
We sail at 25-27 knots
The boats are equipped with usb chargers (bring your own cable/cord)
Hiking
Some of the tours include hiking.
We recommend wearing several layers of warm and windproof clothing. Hiking shoes or other waterproof boots. Feel free to bring a small backpack on the hike.
Sea Kayak
In addition to the kayaking equipment, OMG Boat Trips will provide all guests with a life jacket and paddle gloves for the trip. We recommend that you wear one or two warm bottom layers (preferably made of wool), warm socks and a hat. We will provide you with dry bags for some personal equipment during the kayaking.
